What You’ll Do:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide clinical supervision and ongoing case oversight
Supervise and mentor RBTs and mid-level staff
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming as needed
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Active BCBA certification
Experience working with children with autism
Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
Passion for mentorship, teamwork, and high-quality care
Ability to pass background screening
