What You’ll Do as a BCBA

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and ongoing case oversight
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and mid-level staff
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programming
  • Maintain accurate, ethical, and compliant documentation

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Active BCBA certification (BACB)
  • Experience working with children with autism
  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to pass background screening
