What You’ll Do as a BCBA
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and ongoing case oversight
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and mid-level staff
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programming
- Maintain accurate, ethical, and compliant documentation
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Experience working with children with autism
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to pass background screening
